At Community Oriented Recovery, we are proud to announce the expansion of our clinical
offerings to include Partial Hospitalization (PH), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP)
treatment programs. These services are designed to meet individuals wherever they are in their
recovery journey, offering compassionate, evidence-based care in a structured and supportive
environment.

Each program will be available five days a week, providing consistency, accountability, and
community as individuals work toward long-term recovery. Peer support services will be
integrated into every level of care, ensuring that clients have access to individuals who have
lived experience and can walk alongside them every step of the way.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PH)
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PH) is the most intensive level of outpatient care available
at COR. Designed for individuals who require structured treatment but do not need 24-hour
supervision, PH provides a safe and supportive environment to stabilize, heal, and grow.

*Services delivered Monday through Friday

*Daily group therapy sessions facilitated by licensed professionals

*Individual counseling and personalized treatment planning

*Onsite nursing presence during program hours

*Integrated peer support to build hope and promote recovery through shared experience

PH is ideal for individuals transitioning from inpatient care or those in need of a highly structured
environment to prevent hospitalization.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a flexible but comprehensive level of care for
individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy. IOP at COR allows clients
to maintain work, school, or family commitments while continuing to focus on recovery.

*Services delivered Monday through Friday

*Group therapy multiple times per week

*Individual therapy and treatment planning sessions

*Recovery-focused education and skill-building

*Access to peer support to foster connection and accountability

IOP is suited for those stepping down from PH care or needing more structure than standard
outpatient services.

Outpatient Program (OP)
Our Outpatient Program (OP) provides ongoing clinical support for individuals who have
developed stability and are ready to continue their recovery with fewer weekly service hours. OP
focuses on reinforcing long-term recovery strategies and relapse prevention.

*Services delivered Monday through Friday

*Weekly individual and/or group therapy

*Customized treatment goals

*Seamless connection to peer support, helping clients remain connected and inspired

OP is ideal for individuals transitioning from higher levels of care or those seeking continued
support while maintaining daily responsibilities.

Ongoing Peer Support at Every Level
COR believes in the power of lived experience. That’s why every program—PH, IOP, and
OP—includes certified peer supporters who are available to walk alongside each client. Peer
support promotes resilience, inspires hope, and helps individuals navigate recovery in a real
and relatable way.
